Abstract: This thesis paper is the documentation of an experiential program in wilderness education created for the ISP period of 2003. In chapters one and two are case studies of the Tracker School and Wilderness Awareness School, which are the two primary sources the Earth Connections program is modeled from. Chapter 3 describes the program, including the principles, design, and effects. A short section at the end draws conclusions out of this experience on the meaning of wilderness education.
