NEWS RELEASE NEw CoLLEGE SARASOTA, FLORIDA 33578 1 = 203 -5/24/68 813 / 355-7131 Trg.: Furman C. Arthur FOR U1MEDIATE RELEASE SARASOTA--A concert will be offered by the New College Brass Ensemble Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. at Coller,e Hall on the Campus. The public is invited. The ensemble group, made up of Ne\v College and Hanatee Hieh School students, has been informally organized for three years and now is directed by Michael Coyle of St. Petersburg, horn player of the Florida West Coast Symphony Orchestra. Performing with the ensemble are Ne\v College students Deane Root, trumpet, Gary Elam, trombone, and Hike Edgerton, French horn; from Manatee High School, Ben Aldridee, trumpet, and Dave Barry, trombone. They will offer a proeram of Renaissance, baroque and contemporary music written by such composers as Pezel, Gabrielli, Dahl and Sanders. The five students \vho make up the ensemble all perform \vith the Youth Orchestra of the Florida Hest Coast Symphony Orchestra.
