FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE NEW COllEGE, SARASOTA, FlORIDA FURMAN C ARTHUR -INFORMATION A thirty-minute full color television program featuring two New College students will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 24 over Tampa tiTVT, Channel 13. Third-year students Spear and Kathy Dively are interviewed by Producer Robert Gilbert on a variety of topics begin tvith the girls' interest in ballet. Maureen, "t-7ho has been active in ballet since childhood and tvho is a qualified teacher of ballet, is broadening her horizons by means of her college education and does not intend to devote her life to the dance. Kathy, who was only introduced to the ballet seriously a year aP,o, has notv decided that she tvill go on to teach in the dance field. In the interview, the girls touch on such subjects as their personal philosophies, current events on campus, use of drugs, and effects of the draft. The show is one of a series tvhich is produced as a public service by HTVT and broadcast under the title "College Kaleidoscope." Netv College is a regular participant in the series. -30-
