ARTHUR INFORMATION FOR Sunday, May 291 1966 Dr. David Dykstra, assistant professor of English at the University of Kansas, has been named to the faculty at New College for the academic year beginning in September. He will be associate professor of literature. A native of Harrison, South Dakota, Dr. Dykstra was graduated from Hope College in Holland, Mich., and then obtained his advanced degrees from the University of Iowa. He joined the faculty at the University of Iowa in 1952 and left to become an instructor at Kansas in 1957. At KU he also has been director of freshman and sophomore English and director of the Summer English Institute. Dr. Dykstra also is a visitor for the Council on College-Level Exami-nations of the College Entrance Examination Board. -30-
