-. .--NEW COLLEGE ./' NEWS RELEASE NEW COLLEGE, SARASOTA, FLORIDA FURMAN C ARTHUR INFORMATION To a -TV \otTVT, WLCY-TV, Dora Walt re BUl Steward Mareh 11, 1966 NEW COLLEGE OPEN HOUSE March 20, 1966 New College opens its campus to the public of Sarasota and Manatee Counties from 1 to 5 p.m., Sunday, March 20. Possibly 5,000 or more persons will take their first look at the college since classes began in 1964. On view will be the transformed buildings once part of the Charles Ringling Estate, the science laboratories, the modern stu-dent residences designed by I. M. Pei. Students and faculty be guides for the day and the Riverview High School Band will play during the afternoon. This should be a good opportunity for news or feature coverage.
