ARTHUR INFORMATION New will be featured Sunday at 10:30 a m on Perspectives, a weekly television program about higher education in the Tampa Bay area, pro-duced by WFLA-TV, Ch4t1nel 13 Appearing from New College will be Furman c Arthur, Director of Publie Re latione of the college, and Tom Todd, a third-year student and editor of the student newspaper. With the moderator, Dr Martin Griffin, they will discuss the ideas and objectives of New College in relation to its acco plishments in its first three years. Sunday's appearance will be the first of a series of programs about New College which will be televised at five-week intervals in the coming months -3o-
