June 16, 1964-Release to: Area radios Area weeklies NEW COLLEGE, SARASOTA, FLORIDA FURMAN C. ARTHUR INFORMATION FOR RELEASE: Wednesday, June 17, 1964 Cheryl a 17-year-old with an international background, will come to New in the fall from Valencia, Venezuela. Cheryl is a resident of Valencia, holds both Swiss and Argentine citizenship, and has many ties in the United States, including grandparents in Sarasota. Born in Buenos Aires, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emilio Hoigne. Her father is an executive in the international division of H. J. Heinz Co., and a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also has a dual citizenship from Argentina and Switzerland. Her mother is the former Nancy Connor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Kiessling, resident managers of the Town House Motel. Cheryl's mother was graduated from Sarasota High School and Boston University. (More)

Cheryl News Release -2 Cheryl, in addition to being born in Argentina and living in Venezuela, spent. several years in school in SWitzerland and has traveled in r taly and France in addition to visits to this country. She speaks French, German, Spanish and English fluently. At the Swiss school all lessons were in German. Through her mat:ernal yrandmother' s side, she traces her family back to John Alden of the Mayflower Pilgrims. Cheryl is the 96th student registered for the Charter Class of New ##
